The centre of the plate features the most decorative, detailed hand painted floral spray of roses, carnations and bluebells. The gilt outer rim completes this elegant look. This decorative plate was made in England but as was so common at this time, bears no maker's mark. The plate was produced by a quality porcelain manufacture, most likely by Coalport.
