He is a very well made, quality little chap dating to the 1920s to 1930s period.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAt a mere 9 inches tall, he includes many wonderful features that point to a quality maker. He has deep golden silk plush fur, a slightly pronounced forehead, orange and black glass eyes, a slightly pronounced muzzle with the remains of a black leather nose, with cheeky little red felt tongue poking out. He has slotted-in ears, a fixed neck and pin jointed limbs at the arms and hips (you can see some rust points at the end of the pins on both arms and hips). He is very neatly stitched with seams running to the center of his head, both back and front - also down his tummy, arms and legs. He is very firmly stuffed with crunchy excelsior\/wood wool filling. He has no pads to his arms or feet, he was made this way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSize: Standing 9 inch (23 cm)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCondition: Good, sound and 100 % original. Age darkening to the once golden silk fur, traces of the original colour seen in ears. Wear in a few places, mainly the forehead and muzzle, too much loving has worn away the fur to expose the under cotton canvas ground.
