Refund policy
RETURNS - Online purchases come with a legal 14-day cancellation window plus 14 days to return the item. We do not refund return postage cost unless the item was misdescribed by ourselves. We do not offer partial refunds and the item must be returned to us in suitable packaging using a tracked method of delivery. Items must arrive in their original condition. Upon safe receipt a refund will be given.

The returned parcel MUST clearly be marked as a RETURN on the customs label - failure to do so may make us liable for import duty. If this happens this import duty cost will be deducted/charged from/to you. Items must arrive in their original condition. Upon safe receipt a refund will be given.
