Item Description

Doesn't he just melt your heart. Although having a poorly hind paw, we just couldn't resist this quality late 1800s terracotta pug dog figure. He is now looking for a quiet home to continue his retirement...could that be your home???

This very well behaved chap dates from the last quarter of the 19th century.

This handsome seated pug dog has both of his original amber glass eyes, red moulded collar with attachment ring.

Size: A very adorable 5 1/2 inches tall (14 cm) by 4 inch across (10 cm) by 2 3/4 inch deep (7 cm)

Condition: As found, you can see from our images that his back paw is clearly missing, a very old accident, just another part of his history. He is approx 135 years old, he does have minor rubbing to his painted coat and features.
