English in origin this pair of gorgeous vases are richly decorated with roses, auricula, and other blooms in pretty pastel shades with gilt highlights. They are stunningly beautiful and encapsulate the skill of the finest English pottery artists at this time. Unmarked as was common with Coalport/Coalbrookdale there is a gilt pattern number 1131.

Condition: As is almost always the case with three dimensional floral encrusted pieces, there are some old losses and professional restorations. Nothing detrimental, it just insured their survival over the past 200 years. One vase has faired better than its partner.
