Vintage Replica Tiny Regency Pin Cushion Faux Rosewood Miniature Pincushion Georgian Sewing Box Accessory

This is a curious and rare little item. This is a tiny, bespoke made replica Regency style pincushion or pin wheel. Great efforts went into producing this faux rosewood and ivory item from a resin/plastic type material. We can only think that it was made to replace the damaged or missing original from a genuine Regency workbox (we have pictured inside the real deal, box and contents retailed separately). It was made some time ago as the pins will not come out of the purple silk filling. It is so very convincing and it is ideal for the way the world is moving away from genuine exotic antiques that were originally made from what are now endangered species.

This is the perfect item for anyone who collects sewing accessories.

Measuring: Width 1 inch (2.5 cm) by height 0.5 inch (1.5 cm).

Condition: Good.
