Item Description

If like us you adore both good quality early Staffordshire figures and antique dolls, then this is the figure for you. We cannot enthuse enough about her, as she really is one of the best Staffordshire figures that we have handled ! We wish we could keep her!

This charming little Staffordshire figure was made here in England around the 1820 to 1820 period. The hollow based, pottery figure is modelled as a little girl holding her favourite doll. The girl is wearing a tartan dress, white cotton pantaloons and little black shoes.

Measuring: Height 6 ¼ inch (16 cm). Base width 2 3/8 inch (6 cm).

Condition: Very good - just the lightest of surface wear commensurate with age.
