Item Description

A rare find indeed from the 1820s period is this wonderful English dolls chair. Original examples like this are so very scarce. This is a fabulous example of early folk art. Perfect for anyone who loves dolls and all things primitive and folk art. We love the genuine, aged crackled painted surface; it has the most incredible natural DRY patina. The chair is one of a matching pair, each sold separately. See last images for inspiration.

This will make a superb chair for a special doll, miniature sampler or teddy.

Measuring: Width 4 5/8 inch (11.5 cm) by height 8 ¾ inch (22 cm). Depth 4 5/8 inch (11.5 cm).

Condition: A very old surface chip to front left leg of chair. Historic crack to underside of chair only.
