Item Description
This is a delightful antique jug from the Staffordshire region of England. It dates from the 1800 to 1810 period and is so very decorative. The perfect antique jug to house your seasonal floral arrangement. This wonderful jug features three puce (pinky/purple) transfer printed designs. The scenes depict Faith, Hope and Charity. Theological virtues are virtues associated in Christian theology and philosophy with salvation resulting from the grace of God.
The mug also features hand painted detailing in the form of blue flowers and a brown painted rim. This is the perfect item for anyone who loves early English antiques!

Measuring: Width including handle 6 1/8 inch (15.5 cm) by height 5 ¼ inch (13.5 cm).
Condition: Lightest surface wear commensurate with age. A few minor small chips to foot rim.
